Chris Butryn created the national agent referral network he calls CONNEXION after years of being asked by friends and professional contacts for trusted agent recommendations across Canada — a request that kept coming up because finding the right fit can take time.

After selling locally across the Greater Toronto Area for more than a decade, Chris recognized there’s a natural ceiling on the number of people he could ever represent personally. He now focuses exclusively on referrals, which allows him to generate a far greater, wider-reaching impact than would be possible in his former sales role.
