Absolutely. Whether you require an agent for a personal purchase/sale or for a client file, the introduction process is the same.

Is there any obligation to work with an agent you introduce?

None at all. The introduction is provided without any obligation to hire. You and/or your client retain total control over whether to retain the introduced agent.

Are you a licensed Real Estate Broker?

Yes. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage Frank Real Estate Brokerage (independently owned and operated).

Were you a lawyer?

Yes. I was a lawyer in Ontario. I voluntarily surrendered my Law Society of Ontario licence to focus on real estate.
